1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of The GLP-1 Companion Toolkit and The 14-Day GLP-1 Transition Toolkit (the "Products"), sold by The GLP-1 Companion Project, operated by Nexus Global Operations LLC ("we," "us"). By using this site or completing a purchase, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not purchase or use the Products.
2. Educational nature of the Products
The Products are educational digital publications (PDF files). They provide general information and organizational tools relating to nutrition habits, strength training, and self-tracking. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, they contain no medication instructions of any kind, and they are not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare provider. The Medical Disclaimer is part of these terms.
3. License and permitted use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, store, print, and use the Products for your own private use. You may not:
- share, publish, upload, email, or otherwise redistribute the files or their contents to anyone else, whether free or paid;
- resell, sublicense, rent, or bundle the Products or derivative versions of them;
- remove copyright notices or present the material as your own work.
All content in the Products and on this website is the intellectual property of Nexus Global Operations LLC or its licensors and remains protected by copyright law.
4. Purchase and delivery
Payments are processed by Stripe through externally hosted payment pages. Prices are shown in US dollars at checkout. Delivery is digital and immediate: after payment you are shown a confirmation page with download links for your files. If you have any trouble accessing your files, email hello@theclearcurrent.com with your order number and we will send them directly within one business day.
5. Refunds
All purchases are covered by the 30-Day Clarity Guarantee described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
6. No guaranteed outcomes
We make no promise of any specific weight, body composition, strength, energy, or health outcome from using the Products. Individual results vary. Any references to published research describe study populations, not your predicted result.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The Products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexus Global Operations LLC, The GLP-1 Companion Project, and their owners and contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Products or this website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of the state in which Nexus Global Operations LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer law grants you a different venue.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
