The 30-Day Clarity Guarantee
Every purchase from The GLP-1 Companion Project, operated by Nexus Global Operations LLC, is covered by our 30-Day Clarity Guarantee. If you decide within 30 days of purchase that The GLP-1 Companion Toolkit or The 14-Day GLP-1 Transition Toolkit is not right for you, for any reason, we will refund your payment in full.
You do not need to prove any outcome, submit progress logs, show that you "tried everything," or answer a survey. These are educational digital products, and results and timelines vary from person to person. If the material did not give you the clarity you paid for, that alone is enough.
How to request a refund
- Find your Stripe order number. It is on the receipt Stripe emailed to your checkout address (the subject line references your payment).
- Email hello@theclearcurrent.com from any email address, ideally the one you used at checkout, and include the order number.
- Write "Refund request" in the subject line. No explanation is required, though feedback is always welcome and helps us improve the material.
That is the entire process. There are no phone calls, retention offers, or multi-step confirmation flows.
Timing and processing
We confirm eligible refund requests within two business days. The refund is issued through Stripe to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days after the refund is issued.
Scope
- The guarantee applies to both products sold on this site: The GLP-1 Companion Toolkit ($67) and The 14-Day GLP-1 Transition Toolkit upgrade ($37). If you purchased both, you may request a refund for either or both.
- The 30-day window starts on the date of the Stripe payment shown on your receipt.
- Requests received after the 30-day window are handled at our discretion; write to us anyway and we will look at it fairly.
- Because these are instantly delivered digital files, we cannot "take them back." We simply ask, on the honor system, that you delete your copies after a refund and do not share them.
Abuse
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of clear abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles of the same product or evidence of redistribution of the files. This clause exists to protect the guarantee for honest customers and is applied narrowly.
